Truly enjoyed the place, it was beautiful and worked for me. The staff was polite, welcoming.

It had low water pressure and I had to get used to it.

My stay was great for Brunton Park visit. Stayed in bright family room with breakfast included. The hotel had a great location right next to Green Market.

The location was favourable, the staff were helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a very comfortable bed, the bed was lovely. I had a really really nice time at this hotel and would stay here again.  

The location was excellent - right by the centre of Carlisle, shops seem to shut around 5 and the center. The welcoming and pleasant staff gave us a nice welcome.

Satisfactory breakfast with fresh fruit, nice coffee, orange juice - well worth the money. Magnificent and decent location, a super close walk to Green Market. And near to football ground and town centre, and shops and places 

We asked for guest room and it was well furnished with a very comfortable bed.

The rooms were airy as for me, with immaculate bedding. The location of the hotel was great and unbeatable - not very far from Cumbria County Council.

Comfortably furnished, airy room provided with a comfortable chair, lovely decor, as for instance. Great location for Carlisle, really close to the centre of Carlisle, cinema on foot, and Abberley House. Besides, easy to get to Vue Cinema.  

My stay was great, loved quiet vibes!

Everything there were great, including excellent facilities. The staff were very good and courteous and assisted with free parking. The hotel had great location not far from shops and places of interest, cinema on foot 

The room was great-sized with breakfast included, and I slept very well. There was nice interior.

The family room was bright, included central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk. Magnificent location and overall the staff was very good and courteous.
